40Million Ballots Movement (40MB) offers a youth-driven electoral revolutionary movement for wrestling political power out of the hands of Nigeria’s unpatriotic, incompetent and corrupt ruling cabals, who looted its wealth and mismanaged its enormous natural and human resources through the past decades even till this present time. Youths account for more than 60% of Nigeria’s 93 million votes, and these figures still keep increasing.

With their large voting numbers, the power to elect the right political leaders in Nigeria, at both federal and state levels, ultimately lies with the youths. Democracy is a game of numbers! Youths account for more than 60% of Nigeria’s existing 93 million registered voters, and this reality affirms their capacity to determine those who will be elected into political seats in 2027 and beyond.

The desire to provide a viable political engagement and networking platform for youths to unite, mobilize and constitute themselves into the political force and the revolutionary democratic movement needed to displace bad political leaders and install a responsible government in 2027 and beyond, is the reason for the creation of the 40Million Ballots Movement (40MB).
